Monitoring — Our ISP had fiber down due to the recent ice storm. Our connection was routed over to another connection that was unable to provide us with full capacity. We had 30-50% of our full capacity. The fiber was repaired and we are running as we should. We are monitoring the situation to confirm we stay fully functional.

Investigating — We are not getting the full speed from our ISP. We are monitoring the situation and have contacted them. This is probably due to lines being down due to the recent ice storms.
