Blackboard will be migrating to a Cloud-based platform with work starting at 12:00 a.m. August 8th and will complete by August 12th.

During the transition, the service will be unavailable for all users until the transition is complete.

Updates

The Blackboard SaaS migration is now complete and Blackboard is back online.

NOTE: We are still working on the Respondus Lockdown Browser and Turnitin integrations, so these tools are not available at this time.

ACCESSING BLACKBOARD: You can access Blackboard (eLearn) by going to https://elearn.concord.edu. The old URL contained a “:8443” at the end of the link. When you attempt to log back into Blackboard, click on the new link, or make sure to remove the :8443. If you saved eLearn as a Bookmark or Favorite, you will need to delete it and save a new one.

CHANGES TO LOGGING IN: eLearn will now automatically direct you to the Microsoft login page. You will need to log in using your full Concord email address. If your computer is already logged into Microsoft, you will be automatically logged into Blackboard.
