Identified — Update from Microsoft:

User Impact: Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service via multiple protocols.

More info: Users who are able to access the service may be unable to send or receive email.

Additionally, admins may be unable to access the Exchange admin center.

Impacted protocols include, but are not limited to, Outlook on the web and the Outlook desktop client.

Current status: We’ve identified an increase in internal service-to-service routing requests and we’re investigating this further to isolate the source.
