Identified — We have implemented a temporary solution to bring Banner back online. You may notice decreased performance, but you should otherwise be able to use Banner as you normally would.
Identified — MyCU, Degreeworks, MyCampus, and Courseweb are now available. Banner and Transcripts are still unavailable. An update on their status will be posted soon.
On the evening of the 3rd, a short power outage occurred on campus and damaged a portion of our computing infrastructure that runs many of our critical information technology services. IT staff are working through the problem in an effort to have all campus services back up and running by start of business on the 4th.
Please note that the following services are unaffected by this outage:
• Office 365 suite
• University email
• Microsoft Teams
• University Website
Further announcements will be made as our critical systems are restored and become available again.
